WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT OPEN?

Comic Con Wales opens at the same time over the course of the weekend this time is as follows:

 

Saturday Entry: 9.00am

Saturday Closing: 6.00pm

Sunday Entry: 9.00am

Sunday Closing: 6.00pm

 

DO YOU HAVE CAR PARKING?

ICC Wales has dedicated parking with over 2,000 visitor parking spaces located on-site, with 700 spaces on levels -1 and -2. Booking your car park spot in advance means you won't have to queue on the day, please visit https://iccwales.celtic-collection-events.com/parking/order to book your ticket now.

 

DO YOU HAVE A CASH MACHINE?

There are no cash machines at ICC Wales however contactless payments are accepted throughout the various venue pay points. We do, however, strongly advise that you bring plenty of cash with you on the day to make sure you do not miss out.

 

We also have card terminals at each guest's table as well as in the photo areas where you can purchase photo ops, autographs,, selfies, and COA certificates.

 

Finally, it is worth noting that the vast majority of traders accept cards as well as cash, but always check with the trader before purchasing an item.

 

DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?

ICC Wales boasts super flexible & super speedy WiFi within the venue.

 

DOES THE VENUE OFFER DISABLED ACCESS?

We want a visit to Comic Con Wales to be enjoyable for everyone. ICC Wales is dedicated to offering accessibility throughout the venue. There is also accessible seating and staff available to help. WHAT FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

ICC Wales can boast a variety of food and drink options including two coffee shops, Aspect Bar, outside street food stalls, hydration stations and there are also seven restaurants in the neighbouring Celtic Manor Resort.

While it is against venue policy to allow patrons to bring in their own food and drink to the venue, customers may bring a bottle of water or some light snacks e.g. a cereal bar. Anything substantial like sandwiches/meals and bottles of alcohol will be confiscated.

DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATION NEARBY?

There are various accommodation options throughout the area, including in Newport.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED FIRST AID?

If you have or witness a medical emergency during the event, please find, a member of the ICC Wales staff or a Comic Con Wales volunteer who will assist you in finding medical care.

 

DO YOU HAVE BABY CHANGING FACILITIES?

Baby changing facilities are available within the public toilet facilities.

 

CAN I SMOKE/VAPE AT THE VENUE?

ICC Wales has a strict no smoking/vaping policy, this includes the use of e-cigarettes. There are however specific outside smoking areas for those wishing to smoke or vape during Comic Con Wales.
